Bug- gy -Vert

The bugy – gy – vert  is a portable battery powered 4 wheel drive welding carriage with or without  torch occilation. Strong permanent magnets hold the machine on the workpiece allowing it to travel on the vertical or oblique work surfaces. Guide wheels on thebug –gy – vert automatically track the torch in the fillet joint.

The bug – gy – vert is compact, lightweight and easy to position. It will accommodate most hand held welding guns. By providing consistent travel speed the Bug –gy – vert can increase the productivity and the quality of welding applications in many areas of steel fabrication or shipbuilding.

The bug O system Mini Vert lll is held on the workpiece with strong permanent magnets. It will travel and carry a welding gun in flat or vertical positions producing continuous uniform field welds. The Mini Vert lll features a quick torch mount which allows the welding gun to be rapidly moved from side of the machine to the other, enabling the operator to weld the entire work piece from end to end. The Mini – Vert lll is shipped with one battery and one battery charger.

Cirotech is a series of self propelled 3 o clock welding equipment primarily developed for on site erection of large storage tanks, silos, blast furnaces, and similar cylindrical objects.

It is available as a single – side version and a double side version. Usually designed to travel on the top edge of the tank shell.

As there are different ways of building tanks, one machine in the series is designed to travel on a rail which is temporarily fixed to the shell or on a stand – alone ring outside the shell

ESAB roller beds are designed and built for tough working environments. All models meet or exceed the EN occupational safety requirements. ESAB roller beds TNA 3 – 50D come with a low voltage (24 V) remote control unit for all functions.

In the conventional TNA model, the adjustment of roller distance according to diameter is carried out by means of a spindle screw. The TNA model represents the optimum for both small and large diameters. The small and compact size improves its versatility as well.

For daily work, these roller beds offer the  perfect solution with durable PU – rollers or steel rollers (150TNA and bigger ) and closed gear drives with optimized motor and gear drive sizes.

Railtrac welding, cutting equipment

Railtrac 1000 is a series of programmable and portable equipment for mechanising welding and cutting. Different solutions often provide the answer to monotonous, gruelling work and produce higher productivity and more consistent quality at the same time. Railtrac is specially designed for MIG/MAG and TIG welding and thermal cutting. Railtrac is made up of robust components and is available in the following four basic models. All the models have five different programs, including interval welding. The rail can be fixed in place using suction cups of the ejector type, screw attachments or permanent magnets.

Railtrac F1000, Flexi, the least complex equipment for welding or cutting along a combi-rail, either flexible or stiffened.

A2 Multitrac arc welder

A2 Multitrac is designed to put your submerged ARC Welding operation on the right track to increase both the productivity and the quality.

The compact and efficient design makes it easy to move and to set up the A2 Multitrac between different welding workpieces. The mechanical components are very reliable, even under hard working conditions. Feedback systems on the wire feed and travel unit secires a very good welding result. The A2 Multitrac is designed to use the LAF or TAF welding power sources.
